What is Feng Shui?

Feng Shui is a traditional Chinese practice that was established in China over 5000 years ago. Feng – means wind and Shui means water. The purpose of Feng Shui is to harmonize qi energy between human and our natural environment. In Asia, many cities they have been created on the principles of Feng Shui and many geographers, architects, and planners rely on these principles today.
FIVE ELEMENTS

As we live in a multi-dimensional world, the goal of Feng Shui is to balance the negative and positive energy. Feng Shui is widely used to create a harmonious homes and workplaces.
While here in the North America, western Feng Shui has become about how to place things in a home, interior design and decorations, traditional Chinese Feng Shui relies on geography and calculations to help with energy flow.
Balance Needed?

Five Elements Theory is a Chinese philosophy used to describe interactions and relationships between things. The five elements — wood, fire, earth, metal, and water — are believed to be the fundamental elements of everything in the universe between which interactions occur.
Balance means you can't have too much or too less of one element. For example, rain gives life to trees but flood damages trees instead.
